Dr. Steven Vorholt graduated with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in 2013. After establishing a successful private practice in Columbus, Ohio, he immersed himself in continuing education and developed a passion for dental implant surgery.

In 2019, Dr. Vorholt moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, to focus on implant placement and restorations and to teach courses such as Basic Implantology, Sinus Grafting, and 3D Printing Surgical Guides. He helped over 1,000 dentists place more than 12,000 implants, fostering the growth of both new and seasoned implant dentists.

Dr. Vorholt earned his Diplomate in the American Board of Oral Implantology in 2021 and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2022. He lectures nationally on dental implant topics and continually seeks knowledge from other leading educators.

In late 2022, Dr. Vorholt returned to private practice, relocating to Santa Barbara, California, where he opened Santa Barbara Dentures and Implants, an implant-focused practice serving the Central Coast.
